In addition to these 7 daily varieties, we bake the following breads on rotation: Anadama, Sourdough Boule, Buckwheat Maple, Farmhouse Herb, Sweet Potato, Spinach Parmesan, Cranberry Walnut Millet (find the schedule here).
Fresh Bagels: These are the only made-from-scratch bagels in Carbondale! Made every morning with 100% organic stoneground flour. Sweetened with pure wildflower honey. Four varieties made daily: Sea Salt, Asiago, Jalapeno Cheddar, Seedy Garlic Onion.

Muffins include: Zucchini Chocolate, Maple Oat, Double Chocolate, Apple Cinnamon, Buttermilk Blueberry, Lemon Cranberry.
